Management System

A “Consortium Council” will be established as a headquarter to facilitate the development and validation of this researcher development program. It will consist of implementation managers from implementing institutions. The planning and verification of the contents of the researcher development program will be carried out by highly specialized personnel including URA in a “working group” that operates under the “Program Manager (PM)” who oversees the entire project. The “Program Enhancement Committee” is responsible for evaluating and improving the overall researcher development program, and the “Advisory Board” provides necessary advice regarding its activities.

National Collaboration

We will actively exchange information with the other institutions selected for this project (Kyoto University, Hiroshima University, Tohoku University, and Nagoya University) and the institution selected for the “Comprehensive Support Project” (JST). We will actively incorporate good practices from other institutions, as well as provide information on development status and effectiveness of the researcher development program based on this proposal.
In addition, we will incorporate collaborative efforts into the “MIRAICLE” subjects regarding the researcher development efforts that have been carried out by the implementing organizations to date.

Participating Institutions

(*) National laboratories: Public research institutions, including National Research and Development Agencies, Inter-University Research Institute Corporations, ministry and agency research institutes, and the research institutions of incorporated administrative agencies are collectively known as “Kokken,” or national laboratories.

* Collaborative Institutes may be added.
