The TRiSTAR Program holds an annual exchange meeting between the TRiSTAR Fellows and members of the Program Committees of the TRiSTAR Consortium, which is composed of faculty members from the participating universities. This year, the theme was “We Want to Learn about Laboratory Management,” and the meeting consisted of lectures by three Program Committee members and discussions by all participants. A total of 15 participants, including 6 Program Committee members and 9 first-term to fourth-term fellows, actively exchanged opinions on various topics related to laboratory operation and research management, such as how to conduct laboratory meetings, guidance of students, securing research funds, and leadership skills.
