Research Outline

I have conducted comparative legal research on the corporate governance of listed companies. In my doctoral dissertation, I discussed the issues that Japanese law faces, comparing it to U.S. and UK law. After analyzing German law as well, the dissertation was published as a book. What is my goal as a transborder researcher?

実証分析を始めとする他分野の知見を法学研究に取り入れるとともに、研究成果を海外にも発信することで、分野と国境の壁を越えることを目指したいと思います。

I aim to transcend the boundaries of both scientific disciplines and national borders by incorporating into legal research knowledge from other fields, such as empirical analysis, and by disseminating my research results overseas.
