上場会社のコーポレートガバナンスのあり方についてこれまで主に比較法研究を行ってきました。博士論文ではアメリカ法およびイギリス法との比較を通して日本法が抱える課題とその解決策を論じ、同論文はさらにドイツ法も分析した上で単著として出版されています。当該単著は、山中利晃『上場会社の経営監督における法的課題とその検討――経営者と監督者の責任を中心に』（商事法務、2018年）になります。近年では、上場会社のコーポレートガバナンスについて実証分析も行っています。詳細については、researchmap(https://researchmap.jp/t.yamanaka)をご参照ください。
I have conducted comparative legal research on the corporate governance of listed companies. In my doctoral dissertation, I discussed the issues that Japanese law faces, comparing it to U.S. and UK law. After analyzing German law as well, the dissertation was published as a book. 実証分析を始めとする他分野の知見を法学研究に取り入れるとともに、研究成果を海外にも発信することで、分野と国境の壁を越えることを目指したいと思います。
I aim to transcend the boundaries of both scientific disciplines and national borders by incorporating into legal research knowledge from other fields, such as empirical analysis, and by disseminating my research results overseas.
