【開催案内】Researcher⁺シンポジウム2026 ～トップクラスの研究者を育成する取組とは？～

【概要】

　文部科学省「世界で活躍できる研究者育成プログラム総合支援事業」では、「世界で活躍できる研究者戦略育成事業」と連携し、グローバルに通用するトップクラスの研究者を育成する事業（通称：Researcher＋）を実施しています。本年度のシンポジウムでは、戦略育成事業の各実施機関での取組とその育成効果についてご講演いただきます。パネルディスカッションでは、戦略育成事業の各実施機関で育成された若手研究者にご登壇いただき、「役に立った支援内容」や「後輩研究者や学生に伝えたいこと」などをテーマに議論します。

<Overview>

　This year’s symposium will feature presentations on initiatives and their impact from organizations participating in the Strategic Professional Development Project (SPDP).

　In the panel discussion, early-career researchers who have been trained under the program (SPDP fellows) will share their perspectives on topics such as “Support that was helpful” and “Messages for junior researchers and students aspiring to become researchers.”

• Why should organizations invest in developing early-career researchers? (Yasuura, PD)
• Introduction of initiatives and their impact (Program Managers from each SPDP organization)
• Panel Discussion (SPDP fellows × Koizumi, PO)
