“Developing Communication Skills for Effective Team Management in Research” Training Course(11, Mar)

When launching a new research project or refining your research theme, building a team that includes researchers from different disciplines and sectors is crucial.

One of the key skills needed in this process is the ability to effectively articulate your research vision and inspire interest, empathy, and collaboration from others.

This course will provide a structured framework to help you verbalize your research ideas and vision. Participants will refine their narratives through interactive discussions. A follow-up session will also be available after the course.
