我々の研究室は、データサイエンスを軸に生物学、医学といった様々な分野の問題を横断的に取り扱っています。現在は、睡眠および睡眠障害に関連する発達障害や精神疾患といったスペクトラムに対して、入力データとして、診断結果や動画解析の結果など、様々なモダリティを用いたより良い診断方法、分類方法を開発するための技術開発をしています。
Our laboratory addresses challenges across diverse fields, including biology and medicine, with an emphasis on data science. At present, we are advancing technologies to improve diagnostic and classification techniques for developmental and psychiatric disorders associated with sleep and sleep-related disorders. We utilize diagnostic data, video analysis data, and sleep measurement data as key modalities in our research and methodologies.
研究者として生命現象に対する自身の問いを持つことが非常に重要であると考えています。一方で、新しい技術が開発されるとそれを通じて見える世界が一変して新たな問いが生まれます。問いと技術開発が両立した研究者を目指したいと考えています。
As a researcher, I believe it's crucial to possess personal inquiries about life's phenomena. However, when a new technology emerges, it completely transforms our perspective and gives rise to new questions. I aspire to be a researcher who can strike a balance between posing questions and advancing technological development.
